A female student didn’t bargain for what she got when she decided to wears shorts for a function lately.
The attire didn’t suit the eyes of those who saw her and had caused an uproar and she ended up a victim of her dress.
She is a third year law student but she wasn’t not disturbed by what the crowd did to her and insists that she will dress the way she want.
She was on her way to for lectures and was stunned that her attire could cause such attention on the social media.
She said, “I wear short things whenever I feel like and if I don’t, I don’t and yes I am fine.”
This happened in the university of Zululand and the Gender Commission is meeting the University to study the footage and aims to punish the culprits.
UniZulu spokesperson Normah Zondo said , “The University of Zululand is an institution of higher learning and there is no dress code. As a public institution the university subscribes to the provisions of the Constitution of the country and advocates for the protection of individual rights as enshrined in the constitution
